The geese were in formation prior to this picture. Some of them are still in a line, they were all in individual lines.  They made quick little steps altogether as one.  It seemed almost unreal and comical.  We have never seen them do that before.  However, a few years ago, I saw a group of them in a v once getting ready to take off.    A crane flew by while I was taking these pictures.. I was able to focus on the crane as it flew around us. It has amazing beautiful wings. I have more photos of this crane,  continuing this group of photos on the next post.   They sold the house we were staying in, so we will not be back unless things change.  We will miss you Guilford Lake. We've gone to Guilford Lake for six years.
